I've been into trial and error with my work life until I found what's meant to me, through many roles from marketing, management consultant, then designer. I found out my life's mission is to make this world the better place, and people can access to opportunities equally.
I’ve worked across Food, Mart, Payments, and Ride-hailing, focusing on growth and retention. My work blends feature design with experiments, and along the way, I’ve learned a lot through constant trial, iteration, and seeing what truly works.

My focus was on the payment gateway experiences here, we ensure user can pay quickly, while merchants could seamlessly set up their payment operation, stock management, and payout. It was a great career kickoff as I got to explore both B2B and B2C, while design through different devices.

I am a kid growing up with an idea to explore the world, unfamiliar cities, different people, culture and languages, especially from Asia. I've been traveling to different cities across Asia, spent time with people there and learned way of their life. Someone once said people travel to discover themselves through different place, and it resonates me deeply. I am me today because the experiences I have been through these years.
